East Troy Bluegrass Festival takes place on the historic town square in East Troy Wisconsin. Referred to by many as a scene from a Norman Rockwell painting, East Troy has been the home of the festival since 1994. East Troy Bluegrass Festival is funded by area merchants and donations from festival fans. This festival was founded to promote and preserve Bluegrass music in southeastern Wisconsin.
